These fields are now crucial to securing a vantagepoint in economic and technological development for many nations. Consequently, constructing and fortifying the leading enterprises in major frontier technology areas holds immense significance for advancing the global development of technological innovation. For this reason, the Wuhan Institute of Data Intelligence, the Big Data Institute at Wuhan University, the Center for Science, Technology & Education Assessment (CSTEA) at Wuhan University, and the School of Information Management at Wuhan University have jointly compiled the "Global Enterprise Innovation Index 2024"(GEll 2024).
