毛进，1988年生，武汉大学信息管理学院副教授，博士生导师。武汉数据智能研究院副院长，入选第四届中国科协青年人才托举工程（2018-2020），湖北省“楚天学者”计划楚天学子。2015年6月获管理科学与工程博士学位，2015年8月至2017年8月在美国亚利桑那大学信息学院（iSchool）从事博士后研究工作。担任中国科学技术情报学会情报研究与咨询专委会秘书长、中国系统工程学会信息系统工程专业委员会CNAIS第六届理事等社会兼职。主要研究方向：科技情报、大数据分析，主持国家自科基金面上项目、青年项目和博士后面上一等资助、国家社科重大子课题等，参与国家自然科学基金创新研究群体、国家自然科学基金重大项目课题等多项研究课题，在JASIST、IP&M、JOl等SCI/SSCI收录期刊上发表20余篇论文，在中国图书馆学报、情报学报等国内核心期刊发文50余篇。
